Warm-Up for Sunday: The account of wise men from the east traveling hundreds of miles to worship the Christ child is one that captures the imagination. There are so many questions regarding who they were and why they came such a long distance with their distinctive gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. This Sunday, we will endeavor to join them on their road trip from Babylon to Bethlehem and along the way discover things about these men and their motivation for seeking the Christ child at such great expense.  Perhaps, we’ll learn from their example, the true cost of drawing near to God in worship! I look forward to our time together. Lord willing, see you Sunday!
